The Piedmont Flour Mill and Silo buildings are on 1329 Jefferson Street, in the Diamond Hill Borough of the city of Lynchburg, Virginia. The Piedmont Milling Complex was built and established sometime during the latter 1800′s. Thriving as the local flour mill it allegedly provided flour to the confederate troops during the Civil War of the 1860′s. This seems false as the decided upon year of construction for this historic building is 1880. The flour mill has been abandoned since the 1950′s. Currently, the C. L.
